Ayman Hegazy graduated from the Faculty of Commerce (English Department), Cairo University, and is a holder of a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt, Edinburgh Business School.

In addition, Hegazy is a certified accountant in California, as a Financial Analyst, a standard accredited by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales ICAEW).
