Eng. Ahmed Sabbour serves as the Chairman and Managing Director of Al Ahly Sabbour
Developments, a leading developer with a track record of fully integrated projects across
Egypt. Regarded as a prominent figure in Egypt’s real estate industry, his visionary
leadership has transformed communities into architectural marvels, fostering
meaningful connections for future generations.

Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities.
Driven by an unwavering belief in the power of possibility to cultivate progress, Eng.
Ahmed Sabbour embarked on his entrepreneurial journey in 1989, when he co-founded
Al Mohandeseen Development and Construction Company, to redefine the real estate
and construction landscape in the Egyptian market. His bold leadership and extensive
expertise led to the establishment of Al Ahly Sabbour Developments Company in 1994.
This venture presented an innovative and forward-thinking approach that challenged
industry norms, positioning the company as a beacon of excellence where passion,
innovation, and the entrepreneurial spirit intertwine.

In 2003, Eng. Ahmed expanded his reach beyond the local realm and tapped into the UAE
market by founding and chairing the Global Information & Technology Education Center
(GITEC) in Dubai. He further pursued his expansion goals by establishing and overseeing
multi-billion-pound investments in entities, including Al Arabia Real Estate Development
Co., Red Sea Resorts Company, LMD, and Continental for Investments
