• Eng. Ghada Labib has been deputy minister of communications and
information technology for institutional development at the Ministry of
Communications and Information Technology since December 2019.
• Labib has over 20 years of leadership experience in customer
management and business development, in the private and public
sector, and a distinguished and diverse practical experience in project
management.
• Prior to her appointment to the Ministry of Communications, Labib
held several leadership positions, including Deputy Minister of
Planning for Administrative Reform, Mr. Prime Minister’s Advisor for
Follow-up and Information Systems, and Director of the Prime
Minister’s Office. She also served as Assistant Minister of
Communications and Information Technology for Institutional
Development, Assistant Minister of Administrative Development and
Responsible for The Development of the State Administrative Service
at the State Ministry for Administrative Development, and director of
the Technical Office of The Minister of State for Administrative
Development.
• She worked in the private and public sectors for several years, and has
practical experience in many jobs and locations. She worked for Giza
Systems Company. She also occupied several functional and
leadership positions including project manager, technical team leader
and software developer. She also had a position at the information
