Engineer Mahmoud Ghazal has over thirty years of experience in the textile industry. He currently holds the position of Founder and Chairman of MGS Industries and Nile Textile Industries Company.

Before obtaining his Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from 6th of October University in Egypt in 2000, Ghazal began his career early during his studies. He worked in the local distribution of products from Giza Spinning and Weaving factories. In 1999, he took over the management of the “Knock Knock” exhibitions, achieving success and expanding its branches to 13 locations by 2010.

In addition to managing Knock Knock, in 2002, Engineer Mahmoud Ghazal took over the management of the furnishings department at Giza Factory. This period saw an expansion in production and participation in international exhibitions.

Ghazal also founded the Egyptian Spinning and Weaving Company in Sadat City and served on its board of directors. In 2005, with accumulated experience, he founded and chaired the Nile Textile Industries Company, which became one of the leading companies in the production and export of Egyptian textiles to major global brands. This success led to the launch of MGS Industries Group in 2024, which includes Nile Textile Industries.

With the growing operations of MGS Group and Nile Textile Industries and the expansion into foreign markets, Ghazal established Grams Trade in 2020 to market Nile’s products in the United States. Additionally, in 2024, he founded MultiInvestment, an investment company in the United States.

Engineer Mahmoud Ghazal belongs to the Ghazal family, which has a long history in the textile industry dating back to the mid-20th century. His grandfather was the Chairman of Misr El Mahalla and the founder of the Golden Spinning Company. His father, in the late 1970s, established the “Dia” Textile Factory and Giza Spinning and Weaving Company.
