Egyptian economist, a member of the board of directors of Misr Venture Capital and Union Capital

Served as Vice Chairman of Amer Group Holding between 2019 and 2021, Chairman of the Risk Management Committee, and a member of the company’s Final Remuneration Committee. He is also the CEO of Misr Venture Capital and Union Capital, and Chairman of the Egyptian Private Equity Association and the Arab Private Equity Association. He also worked at the Ministry of Transport.
